Fertility check: can a tumor drug safely treat young women?

Summary
This study aims to understand how the approved desmoid tumor drug nirogacestat affects ovarian function and fertility in premenopausal women. It will enroll 50 women aged 18-40 to monitor their menstrual cycles and hormone levels while taking the medication. The goal is to measure the drug's impact on the ovaries and see if any effects are reversible after treatment.
