Summary

This study is testing whether the drug niraparib can help control cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord. It will involve about 20 adults whose cancer has specific genetic changes and has progressed despite other treatments. Participants will take the oral medication for up to two years while researchers monitor how it affects their brain tumors and overall health.
