Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs, niraparib and dostarlimab, to standard radiation therapy can better control advanced head and neck cancer. About 34 adults with stage III or IV cancer will receive the drugs before, during, and after radiation. The goal is to see if this combination improves disease-free survival and overall control of the cancer.
