Summary

This study tests two drugs, niraparib and dostarlimab, given before surgery to people with BRCA or PALB2 gene mutations and early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and boosts immune activity. 62 participants are enrolled, and the study is active but no longer recruiting.
