Scientists probe experimental Drug's path into brain tumors

NCT ID NCT05406700

Summary

This early study aims to understand if an experimental drug called niraparib reaches brain tumor tissue effectively. It involves 16 adults with recurrent, slow-growing brain tumors (gliomas) who are already scheduled for surgery. Researchers will measure how much of the drug gets into the tumor and its effects on tumor cells to guide future treatment research.
