Summary
This study tests whether personalized lifestyle coaching can help emergency medicine residents working overnight shifts stay more alert and recover better. Thirty residents will be randomly assigned to receive either personalized coaching or general information about healthy habits. Researchers will measure changes in sleepiness, reaction time, sleep quality, and mental well-being using surveys and a fitness tracker.
