Can changing when you eat fix night shift health risks?
NCT ID NCT06550115
Summary
This study is testing if a simple change to meal timing can help night shift workers. Researchers want to see if restricting eating to a specific daily window (time-restricted eating) can improve blood pressure and how the body processes sugar. They are recruiting 50 long-term night shift workers to try this eating pattern for 4 weeks and measure its effects on heart and metabolic health.
