This study looks at whether adding the Niel Asher technique (a type of massage) to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) feel less pain and move better. About 36 adults aged 40-60 with moderate-stage frozen shoulder will take part. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and daily function over the study period.
