Summary

This study looks at whether taking nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3, can improve blood vessel function in healthy adults aged 35 to 70. Researchers at Mayo Clinic will measure changes in artery stiffness using a simple finger test. The goal is to understand how this supplement might support heart and brain health as we age.
