Summary
This study looks at whether a drug called nicorandil can lower the risk of heart problems like heart attacks, strokes, and heart-related death in people who have both coronary artery disease and end-stage kidney disease and are on dialysis. About 268 adults are taking part. The goal is to see if adding this medication to standard care helps prevent serious cardiovascular events.
