Summary
This study is testing the safety and side effects of combining two new injectable medicines for weight management in people with overweight or obesity. About 100 participants will receive either the two-drug combination or one drug plus a placebo for comparison. The main goal is to see if the combination causes more stomach-related side effects like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea than the single drug alone.
