Weekly shot aims to tame blood sugar in diabetes trial
NCT ID NCT07308184
Summary
This study is testing a new weekly injection called IN-B00009 for adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well managed by diet and exercise alone. About 110 participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (dummy shot) for 24 weeks to see if it safely lowers blood sugar levels. The main goal is to see how much it reduces a key blood sugar marker (HbA1c) compared to the placebo.
