New MS diagnosis rules put to the test: will they find more cases sooner?
NCT ID NCT07492667
Summary
This study aims to see if the new 2024 diagnostic rules for multiple sclerosis (MS) help doctors diagnose the disease earlier and more accurately than the old 2017 rules. Researchers will follow 100 patients in France who have symptoms that might be MS. They will compare how many patients get an MS diagnosis using each set of rules, and see if new tests in the 2024 rules are actually helpful.
