Summary

This study is for people with a type of kidney/urinary tract cancer who have had surgery but are at high risk of the cancer coming back. It compares two different follow-up treatments to see which is better at keeping the cancer away. One treatment combines a targeted drug with radiation, while the other uses a standard chemotherapy combination.
