Summary

This study tests a new drug, RO7837195, for people with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis who haven't gotten better with other treatments. About 224 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it can bring the disease under control. The main goal is to achieve remission after 12 weeks.
