Summary

This study is testing a new drug called XmAb942 to see if it is safe and can help control ulcerative colitis (UC). The first part checks safety in healthy people, and the second part tests if the drug reduces disease activity in people with moderate-to-severe UC. Participants with UC will receive the drug or a placebo for a year to see if it helps them achieve remission.
