Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back and cannot be surgically removed. Participants will receive two cycles of a targeted drug (becotatug vedotin) plus an immunotherapy, followed by radiation and continued immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink or control the cancer. About 28 adults aged 18-70 with good performance status are eligible.
