NCT ID NCT06937892
Summary
This study is testing if a newer type of talk therapy, called transdiagnostic Metacognitive Therapy (tMCT), works better than the current standard therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for adults with anxiety disorders. It will involve 86 people in Sweden diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, or PTSD. The goal is to see which therapy is more effective at reducing symptoms and improving quality of life over a year.
