Summary
This study is testing the safety of a new tuberculosis vaccine called ID93/GLA-SE. Researchers are using a controlled infection model where 48 healthy volunteers are exposed to a weakened, harmless form of TB bacteria through inhalation. The goal is to see if the new vaccine is safe and to gather early data on how it might help the immune system fight TB infection.
