Summary
This study is testing a new, less invasive stomach procedure to help with weight loss. It compares a new clip-and-loop method that shrinks the stomach size against a strong diet and exercise program. The goal is to see if this procedure is a safe and effective option for Chinese adults who are overweight or have mild-to-moderate obesity and haven't succeeded with dieting alone.
