Scientists test Two-Pronged attack on Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two drugs, peposertib and liposomal doxorubicin, for people with advanced soft tissue sarcomas that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of this drug pair. Researchers will also check if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth in a specific type of sarcoma called leiomyosarcoma.
