Breakthrough trial targets 'Undruggable' cancer mutations in pancreatic and colon tumors

Summary
This study is testing new targeted drugs called RAS inhibitors in combination with standard cancer treatments for people with advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer. The goal is to find safe and effective doses while seeing if these new drug combinations can help control cancer growth. The trial is enrolling about 1130 adults with specific genetic mutations in their tumors.
