Early test of new weapon against rheumatoid arthritis

NCT ID NCT07347860

Summary

This early study is testing the safety of a new drug called A-319 for people with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who haven't gotten enough relief from at least two other standard treatments. The drug works by guiding the body's own immune T-cells to find and destroy harmful B-cells thought to drive the disease. Researchers will enroll 12 participants to check for side effects and see how the drug behaves in the body.
