Summary
This study is testing a new behavioral therapy for combat veterans with PTSD. It uses very brief, hidden exposures to combat-related images, aiming to reduce fear without causing the emotional distress of traditional therapies. Researchers will compare brain activity and fear ratings in 80 veterans and healthy participants to see how this approach works.
