New scan aims to spot prostate cancer better

Summary
This study is testing a new imaging agent called 68Ga-P16-093 to see if it can detect prostate cancer tumors as well as or better than the current standard tracer, 68Ga-PSMA-11. Fifty men with newly diagnosed, untreated prostate cancer will receive both types of scans within a week. The goal is to compare how many tumors each scan can find and how clearly they show up.
