First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called AZD9750 for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and if it shows early signs of fighting the cancer. The trial will test AZD9750 alone and combined with another cancer drug in about 300 participants.
