Summary

This early-stage clinical trial is testing a new drug called AZD9750 in men with metastatic prostate cancer that has spread. Researchers will study the drug's safety, how it moves through the body, and early signs of effectiveness when given alone or combined with another cancer drug. The study will enroll about 300 participants to find the right dose and see if the treatment helps control the cancer.
