Summary
This study tests a new oral polio vaccine (nOPV1) in over 2,200 healthy young children, infants, and newborns in Bangladesh. Researchers will compare it to the current Sabin vaccine to see if it is safe and triggers a strong immune response. The goal is to find a more stable vaccine that could help finally wipe out polio.
