First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of PET scan called [18F]FAPI-74 to see if it can better find cancer that has spread in adults with stomach or esophageal cancer. About 200 participants will get one dose of the scan tracer and be followed for up to 3 months. The goal is to see if this scan is more accurate than current methods for detecting metastatic disease.
