New hope for PAH patients: testing a novel drug to ease heart strain
NCT ID NCT07318597
Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called REGN13335 for adults with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), a serious lung and heart condition. The goal is to see if adding this new drug to a patient's current standard medications can better control the disease by reducing strain on the heart and blood vessels in the lungs. Researchers will measure changes in heart and lung function, walking ability, and closely monitor for any side effects.
