NCT ID NCT05055609

Summary

This is the first study in people testing a new oral medication called TRE-515 for advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the highest safe daily dose and understand how the drug moves through the body. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help slow or stop tumor growth in these patients.
