Early trial tests new pill for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called GSK5460025, given alone or with other cancer treatments, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic characteristics (dMMR or MSI-H). The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check if it can shrink tumors. It is for people with certain advanced cancers, like colorectal or endometrial cancer, who have already tried other treatments.
