Scientists test if drug duo eases Weight-Loss nausea
NCT ID NCT07411560
Summary
This early-stage study aims to see if combining two new experimental weight-loss drugs causes fewer stomach-related side effects, like nausea and vomiting, than taking just one of the drugs. About 100 adults with overweight or obesity will receive the drug combination in one part of the study and a single drug plus a placebo in another part. The main goal is to check the safety and tolerability of this new combination over approximately 4.5 months.
