Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (SYS6010 plus enlonstobart) against the usual immunotherapy with chemotherapy for people with a type of advanced lung cancer that has a specific marker (PD-L1 positive). About 500 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo helps people live longer without their cancer growing.
