Summary
This study is testing if a new type of ultrasound-guided nerve block can improve recovery and reduce pain after a specific kind of heart bypass surgery. Researchers will compare 60 patients who receive the nerve block before surgery to those who receive standard pain care. The main goal is to see if the block leads to better overall recovery and less need for strong opioid painkillers.
