Treating arm pain by working on the *Other* arm: a new approach

NCT ID NCT07248943

Summary

This study is testing a new physical therapy approach for people with neck and arm pain from a pinched nerve in the neck. It will see if gently moving and stretching the *opposite*, pain-free arm can help reduce pain and improve movement in the painful arm. This could help patients who find direct treatment of their painful limb too uncomfortable. The study will enroll about 40 adults in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
