Summary

This study is testing a new injection called IPN10200 to reduce muscle stiffness in the arms of adults who have had a stroke or traumatic brain injury. Researchers will give different doses to 240 participants to find which works best with the fewest side effects. The goal is to help people move their arms more easily and improve daily activities like dressing and hygiene.
