Summary

This study is testing a new drug, surzetoclax, to see if it is safe and can help control multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. It will enroll about 130 adults who have already tried several other therapies. The drug will be tested both by itself and in combination with other approved myeloma medications.
