Summary
This study is testing whether combining four medications—daratumumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone—is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow. The main goal is to see if this combination can make the cancer undetectable by sensitive tests, a state called 'minimal residual disease negativity.' The trial is for adults who have not yet received treatment for their myeloma, aside from possibly one prior cycle of therapy.
