Experimental mRNA therapy targets multiple autoimmune diseases in first human trial
NCT ID NCT06801119
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new mRNA-based therapy called HN2301 in people with autoimmune diseases including lupus, scleroderma, and rheumatoid arthritis. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated in 30 participants who have active disease despite standard treatments. Researchers will also look for early signs that the therapy might help control disease activity over 12 months of follow-up.
