Summary

This study is testing an experimental injection called MEDI0618 to see if it safely reduces how often people get migraines. It will compare the drug against a placebo (a shot with no medicine) in about 488 adults who get episodic migraines. The main goal is to see if the treatment cuts down the number of days with migraine headaches each month.
