Fat-Derived mist tested to fight deadly lung scarring

Summary
This is a very early study to see if a protein extract made from donated human fat tissue is safe and helpful for people with pulmonary fibrosis, a serious lung scarring disease. Seven participants will inhale the extract as a mist seven times over several weeks. The main goal is to check for safety and see if it improves breathing, quality of life, and lung function over a year.
