New scan could sharpen lung cancer detection
NCT ID NCT07370805
Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET/CT scan, called 18F-FAPI, to see if it can better diagnose and predict outcomes for people with lung cancer. It will involve 120 patients who are already suspected or confirmed to have lung cancer. The main goal is to compare how well this new scan works compared to standard imaging methods, without changing anyone's treatment plan.
