New hope for tough blood cancers in adults

Summary
This study is testing a new drug combination for adults with high-risk, newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. It aims to see if adding a specific enzyme drug (asparaginase Erwinia chrysanthemi) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective at controlling the cancer. The trial will enroll 53 adults to closely monitor side effects and how well the treatment works.
