Summary

This study is testing a new way to manage pain after knee replacement surgery. It compares a new surgeon-administered injection inside the knee joint against two standard pain control methods. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief, reduces the need for extra painkillers, and improves patient satisfaction during recovery.
