NCT ID NCT06152913

Summary

This study tested a new, short, and intensive therapy program called HANDS-ON for children and teenagers whose anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) did not get better with standard therapy. The program involved 12 young people, their parents, and school staff, focusing on personalized goals and practicing skills in real-life settings. Researchers measured daily progress to see if this team-based approach could help reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
