Summary

This study is testing whether a new once-daily inhaled powder (TPIP) can help adults who have pulmonary hypertension caused by scarred lungs (interstitial lung disease). Over 300 participants will use either the real powder or a placebo for 24 weeks to see if it improves how far they can walk and reduces the risk of their condition getting worse. The goal is to better control this serious disease and improve patients' daily lives.
