New Triple-Threat attack on recurrent brain tumors

Summary
This study is testing whether combining three existing drugs—pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide—is safe and effective for people whose glioma brain tumor has returned or stopped responding to prior treatment. It aims to see if this combination can better control tumor growth. The trial will enroll 57 adults with specific types of recurrent glioma.
