NCT ID NCT07406633

Summary

This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called KQB198 to the standard treatment imatinib is safe and more effective for people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). It will involve about 46 patients who are starting their first treatment for cancer that has spread. Researchers will measure how well the combination shrinks tumors and controls the disease over time.
