NCT ID NCT06704100

Summary

This study is testing if a new oral drug called FOS-SA can reduce heartburn and regurgitation in people whose acid reflux symptoms continue despite taking standard medications. About 60 adults will take either the study drug or a placebo pill twice daily for 8 weeks while tracking their symptoms. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if FOS-SA provides better relief for this difficult-to-treat condition.
