Summary
This study is testing a new treatment plan for people with a type of advanced esophageal cancer. The goal is to see if using a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy, followed by radiation and chemotherapy, all before surgery, can better shrink or eliminate the tumor. Researchers hope this approach will lead to better long-term control of the disease and lower the chance of it coming back.
